At Party Peeps®, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your order. Every product is custom-made through Zazzle, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Our Return Window

  • Standard: You may return your purchase for a replacement, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Holiday Extension: For items purchased between October 15, 2024, and December 31, 2024, our holiday return window extends until January 31, 2025.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Zazzle’s Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order details and let them know if you’d like a replacement, store credit, or refund.

  3. If the product is damaged or defective, you may be asked to upload clear photos to help their team review the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Hold on to the items for at least 30 days.

  • Take photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to share with Customer Care.

Custom Orders

Because each item is made-to-order, photos are especially helpful when reporting an issue. This allows Zazzle to improve future products and ensures your replacement is perfect.
